Living Well Disability Services is a private, nonprofit 501(c)3 organization founded in West St. Paul in 1972 by parents of children with disabilities. We provide Residential Services and Customized Services to people with disabilities throughout the Greater Twin Cities metro area.

Persons Served Living Well Disability Services provides Residential Services and Customized Services to 300 adults and young adults with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities.
More than 600 full-time, part-time and occasional employees, including direct care providers, occupational therapists, medical and support staff.

Living Well Disability Services is a 501(c)3 non-profit with a $19 million operating budget. Federal and State Medical Assistance Programs regulate and cover the basic costs of housing and 24-hour care. Programs, projects and activities that directly benefit people are enhanced through contributions and fundraisers.
