Why Work at Living Well?
Connection, caring and commitment to others and community together create the reasons to join the Living Well family. When you work at Living Well Disability Services you are given the opportunity to enrich the lives of people living with disabilities and make a direct impact on their quality of life. You will learn and grow in a positive work environment and gain professional experience in many areas of caregiving and support.

The Why

Positive Work Culture
What’s the difference between a job and a meaningful, rewarding career? The people you serve. When you work at Living Well Disability Services, you’re able to assist people with disabilities to live their best life. They enjoy the same activities you do – dancing, gardening, movies, and companionship. Share your experiences while giving back to your community.
Your Path to a Rewarding Career
We’re looking for people who are compassionate and advocate for the well-being of those around them. If that describes you, consider working as a Direct Support Professional. You’ll have the opportunity to meet new people, have fun at work, and help people live more fulfilling and independent lives. Opportunities to learn new skills and grow with us are part of the job.

Work in Residential or Customized Services
What’s the difference you ask? Our Residential DSPs provide care within a group home setting. For Customized Services positions our DSPs float between private residences, providing care at the family home. At either location you are provided training and opportunities for advancement.
Professional Opportunities
In addition to direct care positions, we have a corporate office in Mendota Heights, MN (Twin Cities Metro) with occasional postings in administration, finance, HR, advancement, marketing and communications, nursing, occupational therapy and managerial positions. Please check frequently for openings and reach out if interested in internships at all levels. For more info email jobs@livingwell.org.
