An Advocate is someone who works to empower and support the people we serve to achieve their goals and dreams. An Advocate is actively engaged as an effective and cooperative member of teams to implement service plans and encourage people to make choices, decisions and plans that reflect their personal interests.

Employee Wellness Program

Our Employee Wellness Program was created as a way to grow a culture of proactive thinking and practices of health and enhance team building. This challenge is for all employees to improve their health and fitness levels, lead by example and build teamwork. Employees are encouraged to partner with people we support as a way to enhance their personal well-being. It is designed to help employees succeed in their individual health and wellness routines to lead their healthiest life.In an effort to support our mission of health enhancement, Living Well Disability Services prohibits any and all tobacco use on any company property and grounds. Group Health Insurance

Group health insurance is available for all regular employees hired for 40 hours per week. Regular, non-exempt employees hired for 40 hours per week, and exempt or professional employees hired for 20 or more hours per week are eligible to enroll in Dental insurance coverage. Living Well Disability Services shares in the cost of the health insurance; the remainder of the premium is made by the employees on a pre-tax basis through payroll deduction.
