The Need for Funding

Living Well Disability Services supports about 200 individuals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in 33 well kept group homes. Most of the people we support have very complex and fragile health needs, and require significant daily living assistance. We have a 45-year track record of providing exceptional care and effective programs to help the people we support live as independently as possible.
More than 98% of our funding comes from Federal and State programs that cover the basic cost of housing, 24-hour staffing and
nursing care as needed. Progress is being made to increase funding beyond government sources, but there is still much work to be done. Corporate sponsorships and donations are therefore essential to realizing our mission of delivery exceptional services that transform the lives of people impacted by disabilities. We need your help!

When you support the Transforming Lives Gala, you help us to increase innovative services that are personalized to support each person’s unique needs, hopes and interests.
