At Living Well, we are continually reminded that meaningful partnerships create lasting impact. Over the past two weeks, we experienced one of those truly special moments when two gifts arrived at nearly the same time, right at the start of our Spring Appeal. Together these gifts represent the incredible and continuing outpouring of generosity and support for our mission.
Thank You to Walser Subaru St. Paul
We were honored to recently welcome representatives from Walser Subaru St. Paul to our Thompson home for a special check presentation and tour of the house. Their visit provided an opportunity to connect more deeply with the people and programs impacted by their generosity and to celebrate another incredible year of partnership through the Subaru Share the Love Event.
Since selecting Living Well as their hometown charity partner in 2022, Walser Subaru St. Paul and their customers have contributed more than $101,000 in support of our mission. This year alone, they presented Living Well with an extraordinary gift of $28,078.34.
We are deeply grateful to the Walser Subaru St. Paul team and every customer who chose Living Well during the Share the Love campaign. Together, you are helping create opportunities, experiences, and supports that make a lasting difference in the lives of people impacted by disabilities.
Honoring Walt and Mary Jo Roberts
We are also incredibly thankful to Walt and Mary Jo Roberts for their recent gift of $20,000 and for their many years of faithful support of Living Well.
The Roberts family first became part of the Living Well community through their son, John, who lived in Living Well homes for many years. Over the decades, Walt and Mary Jo became dedicated supporters of our mission through annual giving, Gala participation, and ongoing involvement in the organization. Even after John’s passing in 2018, the family’s commitment to supporting people impacted by disabilities has continued across generations.
