More about the artist: Dan’s abstract paintings explore the connection of color, space, and movement. He creatively expresses himself through his communication device and his paintings. To paint independently, Dan uses assistive technology with MSS guidance. This includes an adaptive head apparatus to hold his paint brush along with an adapted easel and palette to create his vibrant paintings. His work has been displayed at local galleries and exhibitions and has been sold around the US and in Canada. Dan has with been with Living Well since 2017, and was our Self Advocate of the Year Dreammaker Award Winner in 2021,This art show is in memory of his beloved wife Sally, his muse and inspiration.
