Living Well selected as a 2023 Star Tribune National Standard Top Workplace

We are excited to announce that based on our employees’ feedback in our spring survey Living Well Disability Services has been selected as a 2023 Star Tribune National Standard Top Workplace.

Star Tribune’s Top Workplaces were selected from the results of the employee survey conducted in March in partnership with Energage which measures employee’s engagement, organizational health, and job satisfaction.

At Living Well, our survey results highlighted the following organizational strengths:

-Employees feel well informed about important decisions.

-Employees value in the work they do and the mission of the organization.

-There is strong interdepartmental collaboration across the organization.

In the midst of a national employee shortage and the stress that accompanies busy schedules and long hours, this is incredible news. We are proud of the results, and grateful to have such an amazing staff!
