Our DSP for this week is Colette. She works at our Mears home in Mendota Heights and has been with Living Well for close to three years. She enjoys cooking for folks at Mears and truly enjoys her job.

Carrie Jensen, Program Manager, says, “Colette is incredibly caring, kind, and gentle. She builds meaningful relationships and shares special inside jokes with the people here, always taking a person-centered approach. She works full-time day shifts and is always willing to pick up extra shifts when needed. Colette brings a calm, supportive presence while also showing her playful, jokester side. We love her over here.”

Colette, we appreciate you and are grateful you find joy in caring for others. Thank you for your hard work.
