Our DSP Shoutout for this week is Dolphine. She has been with Living Well for five years and is a lovely woman with a kind heart. She has a quiet demeanor and a gentle smile, and always shows up for the people she supports. Recently she was on hand to help Dan with his art exhibit, and on Friday night drove home in a blizzard. Then she returned on Sunday to get him to the show in time for him to be on the news. Dolphine is dedicated, gracious and humble. When asked what makes her a great DSP, Sam Subah, Program Manager, says, “In my opinion, her love and compassion for the people served. Her willingness to go above and beyond the job requirements. The unwavering and relentless support she provides to all people served. And her willingness to learn and execute when needed without hesitation.”

Getting Dan to the show in time!
Regional Director, Ali Goepfert, adds, “Dolphine has such a calm and kind presence. She brings so much joy to the people who work with her—both people supported and her co-workers. She is thoughtful and loving. If I personally needed a DSP in my life, I would pick Dolphine!” And Dan, who lives at Cloman and had the art show last week, says, ““Dolphine does not see my disability or sees me as someone in a wheelchair, she sees me as a person with abilities”
She is the exact type of person who makes a wonderful caregiver, and we are grateful for her dedication and kindness. From everyone at Living Well, congrats, Dolphine! We appreciate you and hope you know how special you are.
