Our DSP this week is celebrating a work anniversary. On Saturday she will have been working at Living Well for 8 years! Join us in congratulating Elizabeth for eight wonderful years. And let’s be honest, huge congrats to us for having this wonderful human on the team! At Living Well, we have the best of the best staff, and without Elizabeth and others like her, we simply could not fulfil our mission.
Elizabeth is a natural caregiver who is fully invested in being a part of the lives of the people she supports. She believes in treating people as she would like to be treated and considers them family.

Program Manager, Jenny Ackerley, says, “Elizabeth comes to work every day ready to show love to the people at Highview. She has such a kind heart and a strong will to make sure they have a great life here. She has a special relationship with each person she serves, and you can see it in the way she interacts with them.” Elizabeth is kindness personified, and Jenny adds, “She’s so easy to be around that she makes Highview feel welcoming all around.” Here energy is beautiful, and we are grateful for her.
We all win when people like Elizabeth share their gifts. Direct Support Professionals like her bring joy and kindness to the profession and beautifully make careers out of caring. Congrats, Elizabeth—we appreciate you!
