Our DSP for this week is Mediatrice, and she works at our Carmen home in Mendota Heights. She is new to the team but her dedication, compassion, and commitment to growth have already made a lasting impact on her team and the individuals she supports. She continually goes above and beyond what is expected. She has willingly picked up additional shifts, including double shifts and overnight coverage, to help ensure continuity of care during staffing challenges. Her reliability, flexibility, and willingness to support the team whenever needed have made a meaningful difference for both the individuals we serve and her coworkers.

Franklin Ajayi, Program Manager, says, “Mediatrice has made an incredible impression in a short amount of time. Her willingness to learn, step in wherever needed, and always put the people we support first demonstrates the kind of leadership and dedication that strengthens our entire organization. What stands out most about Mediatrice is her ability to balance so much while continuing to bring positivity, professionalism, and compassion to work every day. Her promotion to Assistant Program Manager is well deserved, and I am excited to see her continued growth and success.”

Mediatrice, we appreciate you and the joy you bring to work everyday!
