Our DSP for this week is Peninah. She works in our East Emmerson home in West St. Paul and has been with Living Well just over a year. Over the past year she has become an integral part of the team and is a tremendous asset to the home. She is currently studying to be a nurse and is getting some great on the job experience.
Jenny Schwoch, Program Manager, says, “Peninah is incredibly sweet yet quietly confident, with a great sense of style. She has grown tremendously since she first started and consistently shows how much she truly cares about the people she supports. She shares stories about her family back home with the folks in the house, creating warm connections. Peninah also picks up extra shifts when she’s not in school and is always a wonderful help.”
Peninah, we appreciate your kind heart precedes you and we sincerely appreciate your dedication to helping people live well. Thank you for all you do for the people at our homes and in your care.
