Our DSP for this week is Rafiu. He works in our Maryland home and has been at Living well over 6 years now. He is kind, patient, and somehow always seems to be in a good mood.
Ashley Spencer-McArthur, Program Manager, says, “Rafiu is a strong leader who is always willing to jump in and support the team, whether that means staying late or coming in on his day off. He is an absolute rock star, especially during challenging times—when we are short-staffed or need to fill gaps in the schedule. He is truly an asset to the team. She adds, “Rafiu really completes the Maryland team, and I honestly don’t know what we would do without him. He makes the team stronger, and together they are an incredibly solid, supportive group. I recently transferred to a new house, and I feel confident knowing that the new Program Manager, Frank, is set up for success with such a great team in place.
Rafiu, we appreciate you!
