Our DSP this week is Roselynn, and she works at our Larpenteur home. She is a newer member of the staff, getting ready to celebrate her one-year employment anniversary in two weeks. Roselynn picks up a lot of shifts, gets out into community with the folks she supports, and has a lot to fun at work.

Lila Madson, Program Manager, says, “Rose is a relatively new staff to our house but has woven her way into the fabric of the home. Rose is kind, caring, dedicated, and a true support for everyone in the home, both staff and people served. Rose is an uplifting person who encourages us to find the positive things about life and is willing to take on what is needed for the best interest of us all at Larpenteur. I appreciate her laughter and bright energy that she brings to each day, and she is a strong role model and support for other staff. Rose is an excellent DSP, and I am grateful for all that she does and adds to our house; it truly is appreciated each day.”

Rose, you are incredible, and we sincerely appreciate your energy and positivity. The people at Larpenteur are lucky to have you on board, and we are so grateful that you joined the Living Well family almost a year ago. Here’s to many more incredible years ahead.
