Our DSP for this week is Thelma. She has been with Living Well for two years and works as a float staff, which means she works between several of our homes.

Fathia Djama, Program Manager, says, “Thelma is a real go-getter and a very active staff. As soon as she comes in, she’s ready to help; usually grabbing a broom and getting started right away. She truly enjoys taking the individuals out and has been a great addition to Westchester over the past few months. Her energy and willingness to jump in make a big difference.”

Thelma, thank you for being flexible and being a part of so many houses. We appreciate you, and your hard work and dedication to care.
