Our DSP for this week is Tom. He works at our Edgewood home and next Tuesday will have been with the company for 10 years. He works the overnight shift, which means he helps folks get ready for bed and helps them stay comfortable throughout the night so they can wake refreshed and ready for the day. Tom is an integral and steady part of the team at Edgewood, and is well liked by his coworkers.
Pray Mahindru, Program Manager, says, “Tom goes above and beyond with cares and friendship towards the folks at Edgewood and is a very hard worker. When he’s working a shift, I can be at ease that he’s there, because I know everyone is in good hands.”
Tom, we appreciate your kind personality, genuine interest in helping people live their best lives, and how you put everyone at ease in your presence.
