Living Well Disability Services will gather once again on Friday, September 20, at The Depot Minneapolis, to celebrate the importance of advocacy for disability services and to honor the people we serve and our staff who choose to make careers out of caring for others. At our gala fundraiser we will showcase what makes Living Well special and separates us from other providers. And while doing so, we will raise money to help the mission we have worked so hard to bring to life over the years.
We are excited beyond measure and hope you will join us as we celebrate the advocacy our supporters have given us since we opened our doors in 1972. We will also feature a special video during the program showcasing our therapy department, and the three incredible women who make a difference in the lives of the people they support. Our therapy team has been with us a collective 110 years, we cannot wait for you to meet them. Huge thanks to Rhonda, Julie and Jesi for helping us share their story with our guests. You are going to love the program.
Your attendance, participation and help will ensure our ability to stay strong long into the future. Your donations and advocacy have a direct impact on many, and truly transform the lives of the people we support. At Living Well, we adore the work we do, and the people we support. The staff who show up day in and day out are amazing. And the advocacy and the FUN we have had over the years is beyond what was imagined when we opened. There can be long days and hard nights, but there is always room for a little joy and a lot of fun.
