At Living Well Disability Services, our mission is brought to life every day by extraordinary employees who build relationships, foster belonging, and support people in living rich and meaningful lives.
This year, we had the privilege of recognizing 55 employees celebrating milestone anniversaries, representing an incredible 915 combined years of service to Living Well. From five years to an astounding 45 years of service, these dedicated team members have helped shape our organization and strengthen our communities.
Their commitment comes at a time when the disability services sector continues to face workforce challenges. Across Minnesota and beyond, providers are navigating staffing shortages and increasing demands for services. Yet Living Well continues to invest in employees through training, professional development, recognition programs, and a culture centered on purpose and belonging.

More Than a Job
Many of our long-term employees have witnessed significant growth and change over the years. They have welcomed new colleagues, mentored emerging leaders, adapted to evolving services, and remained steadfast in their commitment to person-centered support.
Their knowledge and experience help create stability and consistency for the people we support. Just as importantly, they help sustain the culture that makes Living Well a special place to work and belong.
Recognizing Excellence
The Employee Recognition Event also celebrated staff whose contributions went above and beyond. Direct Support Professional Zebedee Dolo was recognized with an American Red Cross Lifesaving Award for using lifesaving skills during a choking incident.
In addition, Nadia Gatiglo, Assistant Program Manager at Southcrest, was named a 2026 ARRM Cares Award winner, an honor recognizing professionals who demonstrate exceptional commitment to quality services and support.
